HCC Login ID & Password FAQs
Your HCC Login ID and password are needed to log in to college computers, check college email, access online courses in Canvas, register for classes, access your course schedule, check grades, pay bills, and do other online college business in myHCC.
What is my HCC Login ID?
- Check the welcome email you received from the college to your personal email account.
- Check your registration documents.
If you are a student and don’t know your HCC Login ID contact Enrollment Support at 443-518-1240 or by email email@example.com
If you are a faculty or staff member and don’t know your HCC Login ID, contact Human Resources at 443-518-1100 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Need to create your HCC Login ID password for the first time?
Visit login.howardcc.edu to set up your password.
- You will need to know your HCC Login ID, your zip code, and phone number on record.
Reset your password using the PIN reset feature (recommended).
Visit https://login.howardcc.edu/identity/self-service/hcc/smsreset.jsf and utilize the PIN reset feature to create a new password.
Reset your password by answering your security questions.
If your account is locked out for security reasons, it will automatically unlock after 15 minutes.
Students: Have you been away from the college for longer than 2 years?
Accounts are disabled once your academic program has ended, typically two years after your last enrollment. This includes myHCC, Canvas, HCC email, and Password Services. If you would like to take credit classes, please reapply to the college at www.howardcc.edu/apply. If you are unsure if you need to reapply, email email@example.com.
Faculty/Staff: Haven't worked at the college in at least 3 months?Accounts are disabled and/or deleted once employment has ended. This includes myHCC, Canvas, HCC email, and Password Services. Please contact Human Resources at 443-518-1100 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
