Security Incident Form

This online form will allow individuals to report information in total confidentiality.  The only detail you will reveal about yourself is your email address, and only the director of security will have access to this information.  If you have witnessed or have knowledge about an incident, please complete this online form.  The information is sent directly to the Howard Community College's Director of Public Safety for appropriate action.
