How To Obtain a Student ID and Parking Pass

Instructions for Individuals Coming to Campus to Obtain a Student ID and/or Parking Pass

To obtain or update an ID the following items are Required:

Official Schedule (can be obtained from the Welcome Center or Registration)

Photo ID (i.e. State Issued, High School ID Card)

To obtain or update an Parking Pass the following items are Required:

License #, Make and Model of the Car, Color of the car

Student ID & Parking Passes FAQ’S

A. Student ID’s get new stickers in the Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer Semesters, ConEd students qualify for an ID Card if they spend over $125 in tuition

B. Must have an Official schedule and photo ID to get a Student ID

C. Photo can be updated every 2 years

HCC will not permit an ID Photo to significantly alter, hide or enhance their face or facial features by the use or excessive use of: 1).Face Paint 2). Cosmetics 3). Cosmetic Contacts 4). Facial Contortions 5).Hats/Scarves/Other Clothing 6). Hands, etc.

If a supervisor deems it necessary, the student will be required to remove the unacceptable face paint, cosmetics, etc. before a photo is taken

D. Students receive 1 ID card and are not to have multiple Student ID cards

E. Parking Passes are valid August –August

F. Parking Passes are valid to park in only spaces not designated for Handicap, Staff or Reserved Parking

Each person coming to campus must abide by the following provisions in order to maintain a healthy and safe environment.

  • A face mask is optional

Please note: IDs are available on a walk-in basis Mon-Friday from 9am-8pm. This schedule is the same as pre-COVID-19.

  • Clinical Name Tags are created based of the clinical subject major
  • Clinical name Tags will be given a butterfly clip and holder
  • Replacement Fee applies for Lost ID
