Emergency Counseling Services
Assistance as soon as you need it. Whenever you need it.
If you need emergency assistance, we will provide it to you. Crises will be handled immediately.
Emergency services are provided during office hours, but we can respond to a crisis at any time during the day. In addition, we also have set aside crisis hours where there is always a counselor available for a walk-in crisis appointment. Those hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 12 noon and 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
For emergency services after office hours, call the Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center at 410-531-6677, or go directly to the Howard County General Hospital Emergency Room (410-740-7777).
