The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) has determined that there are 8 key Career Readiness Competencies. Learn what these competencies are and how you can participate in HCC’s new Career Readiness Program to earn your Career Readiness credential. Career Services staff members will review the structure and components of this year-long program and how you can participate.
