Hotel, Restaurant, and Event Management - A.A.S. Degree (Career)
HCC's Center for Hospitality and Culinary Studies (CHCS) offers a Hotel, Restaurant, and Event Management associate degree career program that provides students with a solid academic foundation, essential business and technical knowledge, and hands-on training in hospitality skills, including lodging, food and beverage, tourism, and event management. Industry accreditation by both the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation and the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA) adds further marketplace value for CHCS graduates.
