Food and Beverage Management - Hospitality Management Certificate (Career)
This hospitality industry program will prepare you for entry into the field or enable you to enhance your skills within your current position. Students are exposed to the many facets and professional settings of food and beverage service and management, from culinary basics to food preparation, nutrition, safety, sanitation, purchasing and cost control, as well as entrepreneurship and small business management. A one-year certificate will prepare you for entry into hospitality management.
