Biomedical Equipment Technology - A.A.S. Degree (Career)

As a graduate, you should be able to:

1. Demonstrate foundational knowledge and understanding of biomedical instrumentation, effective preventative maintenance, testing, and safe operation.
2. Describe the clinical applications of biomedical equipment in various hospital and health care delivery settings.
3. Document and report data regarding the operation of medical instrumentation to appropriate regulatory agencies.
4. Demonstrate an understanding of ethical and professional responsibilities in the health care setting.
