Get ready for summer barbecues and cookouts by learning the ideal balance of seasonings, herbs, and spices for dry rubs that let the flavor of the meat shine, from professional culinary experts. Dry rubs are used to season meat ahead of time, giving flavorings time to penetrate the meat. Whether you’re a seasoned pit master or if you’re new to backyard cooking, you will practice the methods to get delicious results. All ingredients and equipment will be provided in Howard Community College’s state-of-the-art foodservice kitchen.
