For those who travel to engage in culinary pursuits, Turkish Cuisine is worthy of exploration. Turkish cooking uses fresh ingredients, and incorporates the ease of basic cooking techniques. Come explore and make Beef and Bulgur Kofte (Köftesi), Eggplant Stew with Rice (Patlicanli Cive), and Turkish Chickpea and Feta Salad. You will receive a recipe and prep instructions ahead of class time. Instructor: Chef Alba Johnson.

Imagine a beautiful moonlight evening dining outside a French Café or Bistro in Paris. Learn to prepare quintessential and traditional French dishes. “The Green Heart of Italy,” enchanting Umbria is nestled next to Tuscany in central Italy, in the heart of the ‘boot.’ Umbria is known for its pristine landscapes, immersed in the green of sinuous valleys and ancient villages. Discover how to prepare delicious traditional recipes of Umbria such as Crostini with Cauliflower and Parsley, Sausage with Black Grapes in Wine, and Sedani (Celery) Alla Besciamella Sauce. When In Rome *NEW*

Rome is a beautiful and eternal city with many historical sites and characteristic trattorias. A trattoria is an eating establishment less formal than a restaurant. There are generally no printed menus. We will prepare traditional trattoria and rustic Roman dishes such as Chicken Saltimbocca Alla Romana, Spaghetti alla Amatriciana, and Grilled Romaine Salad with Lemon-Pecorino Vinaigrette.
