Home Inspection Pre-License Course
Prepare for the Maryland State Home Inspection License.

- Fireplace heating and solid-burning systems
- Professional standards for home inspectors
- Maryland Minimum Standards of Practice and Maryland Code of Ethics

One hundred percent attendance is required to pass the class.

Continuing Professional Education for Home InspectionThis course is designed to enable the home inspector to maintain licensing by the State of Maryland by completing half of the mandatory continuing education requirements.
Topics include how to inspect and report on the soundness of a housing structure, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and insulation.This course is offered in partnership with CCBC and will be held at its Catonsville campus. Maps and directions can be found here.
One hundred percent attendance is required to pass the class.
