
Gainful Employment Written Arrangements
An institution that enters into any written arrangement must provide to enrolled and prospective students a description of the written arrangements including, but not limited to, information on the portion of the program not provided by the degree- or certificate-granting institution; the name and location of the other institutions or organizations providing a portion of the program; the method of delivery of the portion of the program that the degree- or certificate-granting institution is not providing; and estimated additional costs students may incur as a result of enrolling in the program provided, in part, under the written arrangement.
