Horowitz Center Operations

Howard Community College has been closely monitoring the rapidly evolving situation with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). As a result, all events scheduled to take place on campus through August 9, 2020 are cancelled or postponed. This decision will be reassessed as appropriate as new developments arise. Ticket holders for affected resident events will be contacted by the Horowitz Center box office. Ticket holders for events presented by our partners in the arts are encouraged to check partner organizations' websites for more information.

“The HCC Theatre Department is devoted to offering relevant and educational on and off stage experiences for students and community members to augment classroom learning and provide valuable performing opportunities. It is in this vein that we offer additional works throughout the year, which include fall and spring plays and musicals, touring children’s theatre, showcases, and outdoor Shakespeare performances. Led by a professional theatre faculty, students are well-prepared for a future in theatre.”
