The Undergraduate Research Reading Room & The Artists’ Closet Reminder
This winter, the Rouse Company Foundation Gallery will be hosting a joint exhibition: The Undergraduate Research Reading Room and The Artists’ Closet.
The Undergraduate Research Reading Room will feature works by JRIP (Journal of Research In Progress) participants that focus on the cross-section of art and undergraduate research. The “reading room” will offer visitors the opportunity to sit and review current and past JRIP research projects.
The Artists’ Closet: Because I Can is an exhibition of work created by the HCC student-run Visual Arts Department Club. This exhibition is a platform to promote the club not only to HCC Visual Arts students, staff, and faculty, but to the wider HCC community as well.
Reception Information:
Thursday, February 2nd, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
During the reception for both exhibitions, there will be a brief info session with HCC Art Club President, Spencer Tran and Vice President, Madelynn Hildebrand to promote their respective projects and organizations.
