Horowitz Center Galleries
The Horowitz Center features two exhibit spaces. The Rouse Company Foundation Gallery is devoted to bringing quality exhibits to Howard County that reflect the diverse range of visual art in America and beyond. The Richard B. Talkin Family Art Gallery features work from artists in the college community, giving our students, alumni, and community artists the experience of organizing and presenting local art work.

Our Galleries
Two unique galleries. Two outstanding ways to satisfy your curiosity or feed your soul.
The Horowitz Center galleries at HCC reflect a diverse range of visual art in America and abroad. With over a dozen exhibitions each year, the galleries feature visually interesting, informative, and provocative exhibitions, displaying the work of nationally and internationally recognized artists. With an overarching commitment to education, the gallery staff promotes an atmosphere where students, alumni, and community artist gain experience by engaging with professional artists as well as organizing and presenting their own exhibitions.
We welcome proposals for partnerships within the community. If you have an idea, question, or comment, please email Steven Silberg at ssilberg@howardcc.edu.
