Create a time for study and build in a cushion

Break larger tasks into smaller ones
When you achieve those goals, celebrate! Reward yourself with things like a video-chat with a friend, go for a walk, or give yourself a treat.

Read the syllabus, read the course announcements, read your email. Stay informed and connected!
Log into Canvas every day. Inbox your professors with questions. Reach out to Student Services if you need help with food, counseling, or other necessities.
Take care of you!
