Refund Method
Paid by credit card – Balances paid by credit card through myHCC or directly to the cashier's office are refunded back to the card originally charged. This could change depending on if you received financial aid.
Paid by NelNet payment plan, cash or check – The college has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution powered by BMTX, Inc, to provide electronic refund services to students. Visit BankMobile for more information.
Financial aid recipient – The college has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution powered by BMTX, Inc, to provide electronic refund services to students. Visit BankMobile for more information. We recommend consulting the Financial Aid Office regarding any rules and regulations that may impact your award prior to dropping any classes. This is important as it may affect your financial aid package and cause you to owe money back to the college.
If you have any outstanding debt to the college, your refund(s) are first automatically applied to the payment of the debt.

What kind of money might I receive?

Students receiving these funds have usually requested this additional support to help with books and living expenses. Other types of money may include reimbursement for tuition overpayment or a dropped class.
