Payment and Refund Options

There are a number of ways to pay your tuition, fees, and other bills. In addition to the general payment information listed here, check to see if any of the additional circumstances apply to you.

HCC does not mail paper bills to enrolled students. You must log in to myHCC to view/print your account statement.

Students must meet payment deadlines.

Payment for Credit Classes

  • Online

    Online services for credit card payments* are available through myHCC from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily.

  • Payment Plan
    Sign up for the tuition payment plan for a fee of $30. Click here for information and to enroll.
  • In-Person

    View the Cashier's Office hours here.

  • Refund Information
    View options for refunds. Note that to be eligible to receive a refund, students must officially drop a credit class before the deadline.
