The Silas Craft Collegians Program is an academic leadership learning community for recent high school & high school equivalent graduates who wish to maximize their academic achievement through personal coaching, academic support, and smaller class sizes, while connecting with a group of like-minded peers.

Apply

  • 2022 high school graduates interested in the Silas Craft Collegians Program must follow the steps below. The priority application deadline is March 15, 2022. The standard application deadline is June 5, 2022

  • Students interested in this program should direct all questions to the Office of Admissions and Advising at admissions@howardcc.edu

  • If you need assistance completing your Silas Craft Application, please join Admissions and Advising for an Application Workshop on March 1st and 8th from 4-5PM on Zoom!

Steps to Apply

  • Complete and submit the Silas Craft Collegian Admissions Application here
  • Turn in your $25 application fee (This is being waived for Fall 2022 Applicants that apply before March 15th)
  • Submit your official high school transcript
  • Submit two (2) letter of recommendations
  • Submit SAT and/or ACT assessment scores (optional)

Current HCC Students, Apply to the Silas Craft Collegians Program

Admission to the Silas Craft Collegians Program may be granted to students who began full-time studies at HCC for the first time during the fall 21 semester and who plan to return full-time in the spring 22 semester.

This application is for currently enrolled HCC students. If you are a current high school senior, please use the application provided by Admissions & Advising.
