
Dual Enrollment Programs
Expanding options for students to gain college credits, prepare for a career, or earn an associate degree.
HCC’s dual enrollment programs provide students with several paths towards earning college credit while in high school - from just a few credits to an associate degree. These programs are available for any high school student in, including private and home-school students. Admission for eighth, ninth, and 10th grade students will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Students may be eligible for discounted tuition and can save hundreds or thousands of dollars on their college education.
Dual Enrollment for HCPSS Students
Explore careers and interests, gain exposure to college coursework, and increase college success. Take one or two classes per semester, at your high school or on the Howard Community College (HCC) campus, with the option to attend HCC full time during your senior year.
Dual Enrollment for Home School, Private School, and Out of County Students
This option is for all other students in Howard County, including home and private schooled students, as well as out of county students. Click the link to learn how to apply.
