Howard Community College has an extensive and rich history of offering academic programs in the health sciences. There are many opportunities for students interested in careers in the health sciences to explore their options. We offer Open Houses, Information Sessions, and individual meetings with admissions and academic nursing and allied health advisors at both the Main Campus and the Laurel College Center. Please register in advance for the events you wish to attend.
Health Care Professions Academic Resource Fair
Please mark your calendar for our upcoming Health Professions Academic Resource Fair to be held on Thursday, October 24th from 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm in the Health Sciences Building on the Main Campus. At this event you will meet and speak with faculty, staff and administrators and learn more about both the credit and non-credit health career academic programs offered at Howard Community College. We will offer light refreshments and the opportunity to take a tour of our clinical and simulation classrooms and laboratories, speak with representatives from the offices of admissions and advising, financial aid, career services, registration and veteran’s affairs.
