College Furniture, Equipment, and Vehicle Assets Policy - 70.02
College Procedure Number/Title:

A representative from the Howard Community College finance office, in conjunction with delegated areas including the facilities department, is responsible for controlling, protecting, inventorying, and, when needed, selling college furniture and equipment, as outlined in procedure 70.02.03, Furniture and Equipment Inventory and Control. For information on the appropriate use of college resources and property, refer to procedure 63.09.09, Use of College Resources and Property.
Employees may use college vehicles for local business travel, following the guidelines in procedure 70.02.01, Use of College Vehicles. Drivers of college vehicles must assume the responsibilities and adhere to the accident reporting instructions in this procedure.
