College Procedure Number/Title:
The office of public relations and marketing at Howard Community College produces printed and digital content in support of public relations and marketing strategies and the mission, vision, and values of the college. Printed and digital content includes, but is not limited to, college publications, advertising, marketing collateral, promotional giveaways, web content, videos, television and radio programming, graphic design, photography, and social media that promote the college and are intended for internal and/or external audiences.
