Howard Community College is committed to assisting students in reaching their academic goals. To that end, the college maintains and encourages a learning environment that fosters individual growth and responsibility. As such, the college assists in the formation of a student government system and has established a student conduct process that defines a code of conduct, student rights and responsibilities, institutional sanctions, and procedural protections.
