The presentation is followed by the main tasting, from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m., where participants can sample wines, beers, and spirits from more than 20 different wineries, breweries, and distilleries, while enjoying a selection of gourmet food selections created by 12 local restaurants, and delectable desserts made by HCC culinary students.
