Laurel College Center to Host Open House for Prospective Students July 14
Columbia, MD – The Laurel College Center (LCC), a regional higher education center founded by Howard Community College and Prince George’s Community College, will host an open house for prospective students on Thursday, July 14 from 4:30–6:30 p.m. The LCC is located at 312 Marshall Avenue, Suite 205, Laurel, Maryland.
At the open house, prospective students will have the opportunity to meet with a financial aid representative, as well as get one-on-one academic advising and registration assistance from LCC staff. Information will be available on LCC’s most popular academic programs and courses, including business administration, criminal justice, teacher education, registered nurse to bachelor of science in nursing, and health care. Representatives from LCC’s four-year college partners—University of Maryland College Park, University of Maryland School of Nursing, and University of Maryland University College—will be available to meet with students and answer questions.
Refreshments will be served for all visitors, and the first 100 attendees will receive a special gift. Prospective students are encouraged to RSVP at www.laurelcollegecenter.org.
