Howard Community College’s Arts Collective Presents the Holiday Classic “It’s a Wonderful Life” December 4 to 14
This holiday season, Howard Community College’s (HCC) Arts Collective (AC) proudly brings Frank Capra’s beloved classic, “It’s a Wonderful Life”, to the Smith Theatre stage. Based on the short story by Philip Van Doren Stern and adapted for the stage by James W. Rodgers, “It’s a Wonderful Life” tells the heartwarming story of the small town of Bedford Falls and down-on-his-luck resident George Bailey, who realizes that his life is truly “wonderful” thanks to the help of an unexpected guardian angel. Gareth Kelley and Anthony Scimonelli direct a cast of HCC students, alumni and guest performers.
“It’s a Wonderful Life” runs December 4 to 14 in HCC’s Smith Theatre, with performances on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 3 p.m.
Individual tickets are $15 for general admission, $12 for seniors (60+) and military, and $10 for all students with identification. Tickets may be purchased through the Box Office at 443-518-1500 or online at www.howardcc.edu/artscollective. Parental guidance is suggested.
