HCC Board of Trustees Changes Meetings and Adds Retreat Date

The Board of Trustees of Howard Community College (HCC) has updated its calendar for three meetings:

  • The January 26, 2022, meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting and will take place in-person in the Rouse Community Foundation Student Services Hall (RCF), Room 400 and remotely via Zoom at https://howardcc.zoom.us/j/97854286327.

  • The audit and finance committee meeting originally scheduled for March 9, 2022, will now be held on Monday, March 7, 2022. The meeting will take place via Zoom starting at 8:30 a.m.

  • The board has added a new retreat date for March 14, 2022, which will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in RCF-401.

Please note: board committee meetings, the legislative and community relations committee, and the audit and finance committee will likely be held via Zoom for the remainder of fiscal year 2022. This includes the legislative and community relations committee meeting scheduled for February 9, 2022, as well as the audit and finance committee meetings scheduled for March 7 and May 11, 2022. In support of the Maryland State Open Meetings Act, a watch room will be available for public use in McCuan Hall, room 201. Monthly public meetings may be hybrid for the rest of the fiscal year.

Meeting materials are posted seven days in advance and should be consulted for confirmation of time and online information or location. Materials can be found online at: https://howardcc.libguides.com/bot.
