Board of Trustees adds June and July 2020 Meetings

Columbia, MD – The Board of Trustees of Howard Community College (HCC) has added regular meetings to its schedule to be held on June 24, 2020, and July 22, 2020.  The board also anticipates closed sessions may be held after conclusion of the regular meeting on both dates. The meetings will be held remotely via Zoom.

The board of trustees of HCC is authorized by the Maryland Open Meetings Act, Title 3 of the General Provisions Article § 3-305 (b) to conduct certain portions of its meetings in closed session.  The reason for a closed session will be given in the public board materials, which are generally posted on the college website seven days prior to the board meeting.

Individuals wanting to hear or see these meetings should go to the meeting materials or posted agenda for the access information.

The agenda for the meetings will be available one week in advance of each meeting at: board-of-trustees/Current_Agenda and materials for the public meetings of the board of trustees will be available at: howardcc.libguides.com/bot.
