The Board of Trustees of Howard Community College (HCC) has changed the date of its February 2020 legislative and community relations committee meeting from the original date of February 10, 2020, to February 13, 2020.

HCC celebrated more than 120 students Saturday for earning a Maryland high school diploma over the past year as part of the college’s Adult Basic Skills program. The event marked the 35th annual recognition ceremony at HCC.
