The Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) presented Howard Community College (HCC) with one of its highest honors – the Charles Kennedy Equity Award – at its 2018 Leadership Congress on October 26 in New York City.
October 25, 2018
Greg Howard, a student at HCC, has been named an inaugural New Century Workforce Pathway Scholar and will receive a $1,250 scholarship.

Jason Shafer was an eighth grader when his mother arranged clarinet lessons for her son through HCC's music program. Now he is the principal clarinet of the Colorado Symphony in Denver, and will return to HCC to teach a master class on Nov. 9. Learn more!
