Study Abroad Fair Time: 11:00am - 1:00pm Locations: Burrill Galleria Details:
The International Education Office is hosting the Second Annual Study Abroad Fair on September 11, 2019, from 11 AM to 1 PM in the Burrill Galleria. This fair is an opportunity for the HCC community to learn about various international education opportunities offered at HCC. Each program will have a table with the program director (faculty) and a student to discuss their previous study abroad experience.
USPS will also be available to do on-site passport application processing as long as they have the needed documents with them at the study abroad fair. This means students will be able to take their passport photos, pay the passport application fee, complete the application and have it mailed for processing at the study abroad fair.

Global Distinction - To earn Global Distinction, students complete 15 of their credits in designated globalized courses, attend international campus activities, participate in a study abroad or equivalent domestic intercultural experience, and prepare an individual e-portfolio prior to graduation or transfer.

All programs running during the 2019-2020 Academic Year will be represented by HCC faculty, returned study abroad students, and International Education staff.
Nursing Information Session Time: 5:30pm - 7:00pm Locations: RCF-401 Details: A nursing advisor, from the Office of Admissions & Advising, will present an overview of the LPN, Traditional RN, and Accelerated RN programs offered at Howard Community College, including each program’s admission requirements. Information sessions are open to the public, are free of charge, and will last approximately an hour or until all questions are answered. To register to attend, click on the link below.
