    • HCC 5K Challenge Race Time: 8:00am - 8:30am Locations: hcc Details: Experience HCC’s beautiful campus and unique racecourse as your organization competes for prestigious “Challenge” awards. The Challenge 5K is a team event where individuals race for the fasted combined score as they run, climb, and crawl their way to the finish line.       Honors programs at HCC emphasize rigorous academic coursework alongside opportunities like study abroad, faculty-led research, service learning, and career development. Prospective students will learn about HCC's honors programs, The James W. Rouse Scholars and The Frederick K. Schoenbrodt Scholars. Information sessions are open to the public, are free of charge, and will last approximately an hour or until all questions are answered.       Diversity Co-Chairpersons Crystal Walker and Cindy Nicodemus will be hosting four talking circles during the fall 2020 semester. These talking circles are a safe space where you can bring your full-self to share your emotions in a shared community. There are times when we need to talk and have others actively listen and validate our feelings.
