Them', verbal disagreements turn quickly into major conflicts. But what if there's better, more successful, way to engage with people we don't agree with? In this workshop, we learn the principles of Emotional Intelligence and how to use them when we encounter difficult conversations (and people!).  Mark Tatum, Adjunct Communications Professor, will facilitate this workshop.
