Having the right to vote has been a tumultuous journey for women, especially women of color. Having our voices heard, valued, and our demands met as voters is a continued battle.
The 2020 election is historic, as its the first time a woman of color has been on the national presidential ballot for a major political party - but will this change how others view and value the voices of women of color.
Join as we discuss the historical implications that impact women of color voters and what we need to do to break down the barriers and take control of our voices.
