Building Employee Resilience

Date/Time:
Thu. Mar 11, 2021 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Location:
Online
Details:

The COVID-19 pandemic has exhausted us and continues to do so. People have given up on self-care, are experiencing high levels of fatigue, and stress levels are off the charts. Resilience skills are 100% learnable and will help to master this adversity. Resilience is not about ignoring stress; it is much more than just coping. Resilient people recover faster under pressure and have lower levels of anxiety and depression. This results in less employee turnover, less absenteeism, and fewer healthcare costs for employers. Through this training, learn how workplace resilience is a must during this continuing crisis and help your employees build lifelong skills to manage and bounce back from stress, no matter the cause.

This webinar is part of a series hosted by Howard Community College’s newly rebranded Training & Development Solutions. Free and open to the public, the webinars take place at noon EST and are followed by a live Q&A.
