Leaders are expected to have excellent communication skills. If you look at any job posting, excellent communication skills is one of the top priorities. But what does that mean? What are the skills they desire? We will talk through the following: finding common ground, getting away from jargon, humility and empathy, facts don’t change minds, stories do, and it’s not enough to be right.
