Welcome and Information Center
Whether you are a student or a visitor to HCC, our staff is here to assist you with college information, resources and services.
The Welcome and Information Center operates both the campus switchboard and campus counter service locations. The center provides general information regarding college programs, services and course information, office hours and locations and directions to and around the campus. The center also provides students with quick access to their academic schedules, plus the following:

Visiting Howard Community College
All visitors are encouraged to stop by the Welcome and Information Center to pick up a campus map and get information about the academic opportunities and social activities available for students and members of the college community. Online campus map and directions.

Welcome Center Services
The online campus calendar includes the college’s numerous academic, athletic, cultural, and social events and activities.
Want to know what's being served in the Cafe on the Quad? The Welcome Center updates the menu weekly for students.
Voter Registration
Students may obtain voter registration forms at the Welcome and Information Centers. To get more information, and to register to vote online, please visit www.howardcc.edu/registertovote.
Notary Services
The Welcome Center also provides students, faculty, and staff with notary services. If you are faculty please fill out our request form to schedule our classroom notary service.

Parking
All visitors should park in designated visitor parking spaces only. Vehicles parked in designated faculty/staff parking areas will be ticketed. Vehicles improperly parked in handicapped spaces, reserved parking spaces, fire lanes, and no parking areas will be issued a parking citation and towed. View HCC's parking regulations.
Students will need to obtain a parking pass. Please bring the following information with you to the Security Office located in the first floor of the Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall (RCF):
- An official HCC copy of your current class schedule.
- A valid photo ID (driver's license, student ID, or other form of picture ID)
- Your vehicle information, including year, make, model, color and the license plate number
