The HCC TimesThe HCC Times is published once a month and serves as the student body voice on news and issues; it also provides an opportunity for students to see their creative efforts in print. Students are encouraged to share their writing skills, creativity, and opinions as part of the publication. HCC students may earn college credit for work on this publication.
The HCC Times provides opportunities to highlight your skills in photography, desktop publishing, layout and design, advertising, writing, and reporting. The HCC Times is actively recruiting students for a wide array of positions at the Times and wishes to encourage any student having an interest in working on the newspaper staff to contact the newspaper's editor.

Attention: The price for advertisements submitted by programs from HCC has changed. We will now be offering a 50 percent discount from the prices above to all programs wishing to have items published. For payments made within the college via expense transfers please provide a copy of the expense transfer form as proof of payment.
The Howard Community College Times is a student-produced newspaper released monthly. Preferably, advertising materials must be sent through e-mail in either PDF or TIFF format at least 300 PPL. If possible, please submit logos as vector (EPS, AI). All ads must be black and white. Please call or e-mail to confirm placement. For copies of published ads, please mail a self-addressed envelope along with information on the ad and the number of copies required.
