Children's Learning Center

The Children’s Learning Center is an educational program serving HCC college students and employees as well as the local community.  It is a full-year program that offers 2, 3 or 5 day/week programs.  The CLC does not offer hourly drop-in care. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age (preschool) are eligible for acceptance.  The infant care program serving children 6 weeks to 24 months is reserved for children of HCC students only.  The two- to four-year-old programs are available to all, with priority given to the Howard Community College community.
