New students are encouraged and expected to attend New Student Orientation, and are invited to attend an orientation session specially tailored to the needs of their majors.  Chat with faculty in your academic division, meet new and experienced students, and learn about the resources that will INSPIRE your success at Howard Community College!

Students may RSVP until July 10th for a major-specific orientation session, while space permits.  Don’t wait; space is limited!

Can’t make your session?  Attend one of the General Sessions at the end of August!  You’ll still get the same valuable information and become acquainted with the College.

Students may RSVP for General Sessions until August 14th.

  • You only need to attend one orientation session.

  • Check-in and activities will begin promptly. Please arrive on time to your orientation session. Plan to arrive early to avoid long lines.
