2. If you have a smart phone, iPad, or laptop that automatically checks email or connects to the college's WiFi network, then you need to update those devices. Do this at the same time you complete step 1.

Help Desk staff are available to assist you personally in the open computer labs, DH110 and CL129. The college launched Password Services in an effort to increase network security for students and to assist users with making password changes. Students, faculty and staff received an email on March 1 with instructions on how to set up a Password Services account, establish security questions, and change a password. Users will have until 11:59 p.m. on March 13 to establish an account and change their password. Users who do not change their password before March 14 will be locked out of HCC resources (myHCC, email, desktop PCs), but can still use password services to set up their accounts.
