HCC is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment in which students can learn, grow, and achieve their academic or personal enrichment goals.  Policies have been developed to help protect constitutional freedoms and to inform the college community of standards of acceptable behavior and to guide dispute resolution. Issues brought to the attention of the college will be handled in a timely and efficient manner to help minimize any disruption to the learning environment.
