Question Pro Partnership

Overview
Howard Community College has an agreement with Question Pro that allows us to use their online survey software free of charge.  All HCC students, faculty, and staff are eligible to create accounts and create surveys.

Student and Faculty Accounts

Every user of the system gets their own account. Students and faculty members register with their unique user name and password. We require that they sign up with a college email address for automatic validation of their status.

The University Site License applies to anyone affiliated with HCC - part-time students, full-time students,  faculty members and administrative staff.

Program Details

Software Features - All features (including advanced analysis tools/conjoint analysis/TURF analysis/Extraction/Randomization etc.) are enabled for the University Sponsorship Program.

Software Support - Neither Question Pro nor the college Help Desk can provide free technical support for the software licenses in this program.  Our license of QuestionPro is designed as a self-service offering.  There are over 350 context sensitive help items within the application.  If you require tech support, you can choose to upgrade to a paid license.
