What are the steps to transfer?
Howard Community College's Transfer Center (RCF-243) is located in the Office of Admissions and Advising (RCF-242).  The center assists students through the process of transferring to a four-year college or university. [more]

How do I get a copy of my transcript?
There are several ways to do this: online using National Student Clearinghouse, by mail or in person.  Transcripts are available as long as the student account is in good standing. [more]
