Events/Workshops

Depression Screening Day.  Learn about depression, its causes and treatment.  Take a free assessment and speak privately with a counselor about your symptoms.

National Eating Disorder Awareness Week.  Eating Disorders Screenings: complete a free assessment and speak confidentially with a counselor about eating and body image issues.  Get information about the statistics, causes, and treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns.

Body Image Program.  Participate in activities about positive body image and wellness.

Alcohol Screening Day.  Learn about alcohol use and abuse, and college drinking statistics.  Complete a free assessment and speak privately with a counselor about your alcohol use.

Anxiety Screening Day.  Anxiety is very common and comes in many forms.  It can motivate you or get in your way.  Learn about the different types of anxiety disorders and how they can have an impact on your life.  Take a free assessment and speak privately with a counselor about your symptoms and concerns.
