Volunteer for Job FairVolunteers will be needed on Friday, November 13, 2009 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for the Job/Career Fair.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in one of HCC’s biggest on-campus events.
Come help if you have a few hours free.
Help is needed with set-up, assisting employers during the fair, and clean-up afterwards. One hour of service earns one free movie pass. Two or more hours earn two free movie passes.

7:30 am to 8:30 am | 8:00 am to 10:00 am | 9:00 am to 11:00 am | 10:00 am to 1:00 pm | 10:00 am to 1:00 pm | 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm |
Prepare/decorate tables Place tablecloths and skirts on the tables Put up signs and balloons | Greet employers by the handicapped parking at Library building Help employers carry materials to registration area Unloaders MUST work 2 full hours. | Escort/direct employers from registration to assigned table Inform employers of breakfast/lunch locations Circulate and give water to employers Assist with any materials/help that they might need | Assist Job Seekers with registration Hand out materials | Circulate and give water to employers Hand out evaluations to departing job seekers Distribute gifts to those who fill out evaluations | Assist with setting up lunch area Help clean-up after lunch Assist with employers needs Assist employers with materials to the unloading zone for pickup Clean-up Galleria, fold table cloths and remove table skirts Remove signage around campus |
