HCC Continuing Education (Non-Credit) courses can be taken to enhance careers and/or explore personal interests. Some courses may be taken as preparation for professional licenses, certifications, or examinations.

Here are a few examples of HCC Continuing Education (Non-Credit) courses available.  In the Health Care field, for example, Continuing Education can help former nurses regain important certifications, and allow current nurses to cultivate their skills. These courses can also prepare you for a medical office job (e.g., medical billing/coding, medical transcription, and medical office management) or patient care opportunities (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistant, phlebotomist, dental assistant, and pharmacy technician). Refresher courses for nurses are also available.
