Students may request a copy of their transcript, providing there are no holds on accounts or records, three different ways:

  • Online
  • By mail
  • In person

Online:   Contact the National Student Clearinghouse 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at www.studentclearinghouse.org or www.getmytranscript.com.

      Fee:  $2.25 per transcript

You will need:  Valid major credit card, access to a printer or fax machine, email account.

Final step:  Fax or mail your signature to authorize the release of your transcript.

By mail:   To receive your transcript by mail, fill out a transcript request form available online at the HCC website or at the Office of Records, Registration & Veterans’ Affairs on campus.

Transcripts will be processed within two business days.  Please allow extra time at peak periods such as end of semester, commencement, and late registration.

Walk-in requests:   Visit our Office of Records, Registration & Veterans’ Affairs in Room L-125 on campus.  A maximum of two transcript copies can be processed at the registration office counter.  For more than two copies, fill out a Transcript Request Form and slip it into the registration office’s drop slot.
