Media Resource Support

AV Services provides a wide variety of media resource support for instruction and administration.  Services include the following:

• Permanently installed AV systems in classrooms and labs including data projectors, computers, VCRs, and DVDs
• Delivery of AV equipment to classrooms, labs, and meeting rooms not already equipped with installed equipment
• Checkout to faculty and staff for college-related business
• Instructions for operating AV equipment
• Service and repair to AV equipment
• Digital audio recording
• Transfer of audio and video to CD and DVD (within copyright guidelines)
• CD and DVD duplication
• AV system design

Equipment Checkout

Equipment available for checkout or classroom distribution includes:

• VCR/DVD players with 27 inch TV monitor
• VCR/DVD with data projector
• Data projector with computer and optional Internet connectivity
• Videocassette recording system on cart with microphone
• Stereo system (tape and CD)
• PA system (varies with audience and location)
• Podium with built-in PA system
• Audiocassette player and recorder
• Slide projector
• Digital camera
• Digital audio recorder
• Camcorder
• Portable projection screens
• Presentation easel
