Howard Community College students who are enrolled for six credit hours or more may apply to our Community Development Block Grant Program to receive a child care tuition subsidy.

Payments are due weekly except for the morning program, which are due in 4-week increments.  Please feel free to contact the Director to make arrangements for alternate payment schedules. A special student rate may be available if a parent is registered for 6 credit hours or more at Howard Community College.  The rate will be determined by student income eligibility as defined by the Department of Social Services Purchase of Care Program and the Howard County Department of Housing and Community Service.
